Payment
We accept bank transfer only, ensuring a secure, traceable, and efficient transaction. After placing your order, you will receive a detailed invoice containing our bank details – printed, emailed, or sent via your preferred messenger. Payment is completed directly to our account, and we begin preparing your order once funds are confirmed, giving you full confidence in the transaction.

Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, your order is dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery within the Czech Republic and Slovakia is provided free of charge, at our expense.

You may choose to collect your piece in person at our showroom, enjoying a private, curated experience. Alternatively, we can dispatch your jewellery securely via a fully insured courier, which arrives safely and quickly. Every step of the process is designed for maximum comfort, convenience, and peace of mind.
